Having gained great experience from the finest hotels and restaurants from around the world, Manoj is embracing his inspiration taken from traditional family Kerala cuisine married with his award winning culinary skill to create refined Indian fine dining in his very own restaurant Karnavar.
At Karnavar, Manoj and his team delicately bring together the flavours of the Indian culture using the best available seasonal produce from London’s markets with total precision and care to execute today’s finest Indian dining here in London.
Forever in search of new culinary inspiration Manoj loves to return home to India with his family to explore the farms and markets and professes always to be learning about new flavours and techniques from the traditional Kerala cuisine
Coming from a relatively small family from Southern part of India, family remains a very important part of Manoj’s every day life. Deep rooted within the food that Manoj cooks is respect and recognition for his family and native place in India.
Manoj is a loving and devoted husband and father to his wife Maya and son Aadi. True to culture Manoj is very much a community man both in London and back home in India where he continues to support family and friends.
